No rips or tears and the cap itself is in good condition. The Officer piping is frayed in places, but I will provide a length of replacement Officer piping, so it can be swapped over if you so wish. Measured about 7 to 7 1 8. Has a pin back 1st Lieutenant bar. F 1156 laundry number stamped inside. Manufacturer marked inside.
