Hamilton Coltons GSM 2021 Chardonnay the great tradition of McLarenThe 2020 Colton's GSM has mouth filling texture provided by Grenache which is rounded out by the structure and density characteristic of Shiraz and Mourvdre. Subtle use of oak allows the fruit to shine through to reveal attractive hints of boiled fruit cake with cinnamon and cloves. A beautifully round palate with silky tannins, this wine has lovely persistence and length. Technical Variety: Grenache 53% Shiraz 35% Mourvdre 12%
