The Fifth Doctor EDHREC has The Fifth Doctor at #10, and I think its a very interesting card to build around

It was already somewhat well positioned in the meta, particularly against Ruby/Sapphire, and now, with Sapphire/Steel getting hit the hardest with bannings, its far better positioned

Loam keeps putting lands from your graveyard into your hand (think fetches, utility stuff, premium duals), and dredge keeps it coming back

An 0/4 that replaces itself is just good value, and this is especially good in black/white

You do need to have some amount of board presence established for this to end the game, but it doesnt take too many creatures for this to overwhelm a table beneath a flurry of hooves, paws, and other things to make a lake of your table
