This is a notation that can be seen on watches from around 1973 to around 2000 made by a manufacturer that belonged to the group APRIOR

but it doesn't look that small because there are almost no edges and the dial area is large

The model name AAA (Three Ace) represents three of “quality”

The case has not been polished
