Tombleson's Panoramic Map of the Thames and Medway - Medium Local History circa 1803-07Modern facsimile of a chromolithograph published by G. W. Bacon & Co, circa 1900. Image size: 902mm x 210mm plus borders Excellent condition throughout. Printed to 300gsm archival Photo Rag media using lightfast pigmented inks. The map itself derives from an original published by William Tombleson in 1834. Subsequent editions appeared throughout the nineteenth century. This one is based on one that was published by George Washington Bacon around 1900
