Save On Lord of the Rings Commander Decks Again Elven Council Elven Council is an interesting Simic (Blue/Green) deck that uses voting to get going, and its helmed by Galadriel, Elven-Queen and Eldrond of the Whiter Council

Its often a better percentage play to make a medium-sized creature thats lethal in two turns while hoping to dodge a removal spell for one turn

(Of course, in a world of magic, things that are dead can also come back to haunt you.) This card came about because I wanted to have Oblivion Ring in my set, but I didn't want to repeat it in the large set for the third year in a row
