If you target a card in your graveyard, it doesn't need to have flashback, and if you target an exiled card with flashback you own, it doesn't need to be an instant or sorcery (although you're not likely to find flashback on a card that's not an instant or sorcery)

Despite being placed on such a small card, the vista seems vast, and the golden tones really do make the whole scene seem regal in a way thats impossible to fully explain

As far as new cards go, there are some really interesting designs in this kit
