獨特的土壤，使得這塊單一葡萄園黑皮諾具有紅色水果與深色水果的香氣，並帶有輕盈的花香為特點。成熟的漿果風味，花香，石墨的礦物感，再帶上些微橡木桶的香料，整體複雜多層次。​

葡萄園位於Couchey村中名為「Les Champs Perdrix」的地塊，法文意思是鷓鴣田。位於產區的最南端坡頂，海拔高達350公尺，地勢陡峭，屬於背斜谷的一部分。表土淺，由白堊岩黏土組成，混合牡蠣化石。甜美多汁的水果印象，表現出Marsannay也能夠達到足夠的集中度與濃郁感。奶油榛果的風味，精緻的礦物感，令人不禁讚嘆酒莊卓越的釀酒工藝！
