Champagnebrus filter_Mikkeller - Brewed by Northern MonkAle we brewed with champagne yeast and Riesling grape juice. It's the second batch of this beer (the first one was on tap at the opening) and this one spent longer fermenting and fermented out more of the grape juice than the first batch. Also aged in Tokaji barrels for one year, it lends a fuller body with crisp taste. BA Belgian Ale
