Its a trump card that red mages have up their sleeves, so when ones defenses are too strong, theres nothing wrong in shifting the defenders loyalty to favor you even if thats just for a few phases

To utilize a Greninja deck, include two copies of each card so there are higher chances of drawing the Pokmon needed to be set up for battle

If you want to reverse the order, click the arrow and it will turn up (as you see in the image below) and the order will be from the lowest to the highest mana cost

It doesn't do a great job of digging you deeper (outside of restarting ring looting) to find your sanction, and there are other cards that are better at stabilizing the game until you find it
