It has a slightly quicker clock than the Sphinx but leaves you a lot more vulnerable while you try to kill them, it is also fairly unplayable for the cost if you are not cheating it into play and so it only ever goes in combo decks unlike the Sphinx which has been run in the odd control build

Its a great planeswalker for control decks since it lets you hold up removal, but the samurai tokens it provides let you turn the corner and start pressuring your opponents faster than a regular control deck might
