Prince Imrahil the Fair is a cheap Azorius-colored creature that can give you more small soldiers for drawing your second card
You have a few options from which to pick cards until you have gone through the pool of cards, and then you build 40-card decks with unlimited basic lands

On top of that, its one of the few planeswalkers that can actually be your commander, and its cheap to cast, only costing 3 mana, which is great to deploy early and start getting value from it and permanents
As with all Secret Lair drops, the cards will be themed variants on existing MTG cards, rather than brand new cards: Puresteel Paladin (Ash)
