I have the cd promo big 3 and two of them have the cosmo foil spilled onto the whole card, which looks just like the grey spots in your Lugia, mine shines though haha, Pretty cool if you ask me, however some collectors do not consider this to be an Error, I agreee to an extent but it clearly is a manufacturing default simply because its not supposed to be printed like that, therefore In my opinion it is a subtle error, Obviously there are much more intense errors such as base set Wartortle evo box error which will always prevail as a true error, The pokeball on zard looks cool, very unique Oh yeah, that is the name i forgot
