Size 10 with 2. 7mm deeply rounded band expanding dramatically to the depressed medial lenticular top or bezel. The medial with a series of seven punches or dots from one side to just past the middle indicating that they were a tally of some sort, inscribed one at a time. Perhaps marking voyages or even kills.
